I am so excited to fit into real normal cute clothes I could scream.  Here's some easy casual chic that I'd like to emulate, permitting I have the baby and can leave the house before Fall weather has passed.  Who am I kidding, I live in SoCal, its fall until June. 

Fall?

I can't believe its Fall.  We haven't even had summer yet in LA.  I wonder if we will get that weird delayed summer that brings heatwaves in September and October.  I kinda hate that.  I'm a New Englander so when its Fall, I want FALL, even if we haven't had a summer.  I know, I'm gloomy.  I like overcast skies and windy days too.  Rain's cool but only if it only lasts a day or two.  Anyways I'm excited for Fall clothing, it reminds me of back to school and  crisp days and not sweating through my clothes or being uncomfortablr sleeping at night.  See?  You like Fall too.

FALL, I love thee

Oh my goodness. I LOVE Fall. I know its technically turning into Winter as we speak but just let me embrace it for a moment. Tights, sweaters, back to school jitters, the smell of burning wood at dusk and the upcoming holiday excitement in the air. It is a smell. I always said I could smell Halloween and Christmas. Today I definitely smelt Thanksgiving. I'm just waiting for the LA Beach City weather to get a smidge colder so I can pull out my tights and my cords...and my boots.
